                      To be mean if payment right. I try to not just read news with hype. To know what exactly happen is important. Many Russian I talking to seem to focus on tax and so on but to me this is most important for Russia to make a big move ever.

                        they will call it currency but ban it as means of payment (as they banned many other fiat currencies)

                          So it it's currency it should not have capital gain tax. Should be only income tax end of year only. So but you mention earlier it's a real estate. So..??

                            they call it "vitrual currency" but it's for investment only and has capital gains. Tests for becoming an accredited investor or a custodian legal platform (existing banks).

You guys heard about news? Russian government considered cryptos as a currency. Is it true? This means if yes in your country will be no capital gains tax but only income tax.
