Summary
Content Strategist & Creative Producer (Remote)
Omadli is an AI-native company for B2B property management and construction. We've built a content machine that does the labor: it drafts scripts and captions, inserts CTAs, and cross-posts everywhere. We're automating the rest. We need one person to own and oversee that machine, not run it by hand.
The one rule: the machine drafts everything. You own every output as if you wrote it. "The AI did it" is never an answer here.
Already automated — you oversee and approve:
- Scripts and captions are AI-generated → you review, finalize, and load them into Notion record-ready.
- Cross-posting to every platform runs on its own → you give the final approval and make sure nothing goes dark.
- CTA links are inserted automatically → you confirm each one is live, correct, and current.
- Client calls are auto-logged and mined into Notion → you pull the strongest moments for content.
Being automated now — you direct and review the build:
- Performance reporting across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (until it's built, you pull it yourself with login access).
- Carousels and static posts moving into the machine (for now you produce and repurpose them; basic CapCut, editors do full edits).
- CTA auto-responses (ManyChat, LinkedIn auto-replies) → you design the message, the team builds the flow.
- A fact-check and brand-voice pass (until it's live, you check every claim, stat, and source by hand).
