No injuries or deaths have been confirmed, but officials said the scale of the fires means it will take time to fully assess.• Ongoing battle: Officials said the Autumn Lane Fire northwest of Spokane, which required the largest response Sunday, is still very active but crews have “relatively decent control” of its boundaries.• Communities devastated: Evacuees described leaving home with little more than they could carry.
