How can I use neo backup for more than 2 backups??

check settings, there should be an option to increase the number of backups. I haven't used it in a while but it used to be there lol

I got this working by going to: Apps > Special App Access > All Files Access (Choose neo backup and allow)

Is it also possible to get more compression in the next release? S25U should have enough power for this, but I just got limited space on my cloud.

depends on the other app, it's usually, because they do not save all data parts e.g. only normal data [/data/data/...], not external [/sdcard/Android/data/...], not media [/sdcard/Android/media/...], not obb, [/sdcard/Android/obb/...], not cache [/data/data/.../cache...], ... depending on what you enabled
