Weekly tuesday Meditation ☀️ Everyone welcome ~ If you're feeling rushed and not had time for yourself recently, want to come together in a comunity and meet new people and do something good for yourself or if youre more experienced and want to get back to your practice - I want to invite you to our weekly tuesday meditation. 🌿 We are a meditationgroup from Leipzig who has been going for over 3 years and is held in English 🦋 The meditation practice we follow falls primarily within the realm of mindfulness, with a somewhat psychological focus; we do not have a spiritual or esoteric orientation. Anyone who resonates with this approach is warmly invited to join the conversation. ⏱ Sessions typically last between 20 and 30 minutes and include awareness, breath meditation, body scans, and reflective practices, as well as occasional special ones. 📍This meditation takes place at the wonderfull Zolle11 which is a housing project in the West in Plagwitz.
