What I do know is people that have worked with him for years and tell me the stories of how he has personally helped others that you never hear about. Some you may have heard, but most you haven't. So I found it surprising to hear how much he actually did, and didn't feel the need to announce it to the world to prove he was a good person. It usually has to do with the mother identifying that the newborn has a weakness or flaw that would decreases its chances of survival so the mother decides it's not worth her energy or effort to raise it.
I still think it is the stress, because when the music was played and she felt support she was able to nurse. Yes there are times when the new born is so damaged, but not it this case because the music was the healer.
