Stop setting press-release money on fire 🔥
Founders keep dropping 10k on a shiny CoinTelegraph PR expecting leads.
Reality? Press releases boost trust, not traffic.
I call them trust-increasers — nice badge on the website, zero users in the funnel.
Do this instead
🌫 Guest posts on niche blogs → 10× higher conversion for a fraction of the cost.
🌫 Crypto-Twitter shills — same 10k buys you ~15 influencer threads and a swarm of mentions.
🌫 Spray-and-pray cheap outlets (Yahoo Finance, Google News): 200 pickups for 300 $, dominate search results.
How to PR like a pro
1. Pick 1-2 media and hit them 5-6 times in a row — snowball trust.
2. After each drop, shill the link in X / Discord / Reddit. If you don’t echo it, it never happened.

bottom line:
There are 4 main ways for on-chain marketing:
- "whale targeting": drop tokens to large wallet addresses to imitate early-stage OTC buys
- mass airdrop: send small token amounts to competitor holders, just to create visibility and wallet activity
- on-chain ad targeting: link wallets to real social accounts (using blockchain analytics or services like Addressable) and run personalized ads
aaaaand there's also a fourth method: but it's easier to show live
