This is the foundation Jamie laid in 2025 with the DJ Rahman order which also included unlawful interest which at FCO was removed from FCO, and our current pleadings (which I sent you) already go beyond this!
So a copy case which others are starting to see the merits of what PK are doing :)

The process is quite different in Scotland. If you use 'Scotland' as your search word here you will find a few comment. This one speaks of a specific group that works for the Scottish angle but I do not have any more info directly. Search n this thread as I have suggested you'll find over 100 posts. You may find something useful there.

:JayneThe principles of law are largely the same tho.. you'll be best able to itemise every step of the way. Confirm with your council what legislation they rely on to issue summonses etc. I'm sure it must be the same as England but how they enforce it will be different. They have Sheriffs up there.

A council tax debt! For what year? First of all you need to understand the cTax process (if it is any different to Scotland and if it is in what specifics bits of implementation of ctax.
Everything that Peacekeepers has done on ctax since 2022 is posted here. Obviously the first couple of years we were feeling our way in the challenge. Much has been learned and shared via videos but for someone new coming in to it already with sheriff letter - I don't know if that equates to an enforcement agent/officer. We do not have a specific group fir Scotland as such but no doubt a call fir any assistance here may get a few of you together to assist each other... I am not aware of a specific Scotland CTAX group being made on Peacekeepers.

The law is very different as I understand it to be Napoleonic and very draconian

Morning I have a charging order hearing (2 of my 4 liability orders) at Norwich CC next Tues 1 Sep - have to be there for 10am but have been advised i will be in a queue and may not even get heard. If anyone is in Norwich and would like to observe proceedings and be a witness I would very much appreciate it. Pls msg me thank you.
