this is a systematic problem.
simply speaking Gen get no big opportunity. the previous generation refuses to retire. Politicians keep getting older, Partners at major firms are working well past 55, even technology is replacing junior roles with AI.
where are the opportunities for Gen Z, taking risk, double or zero.

What on earth is (still) happening with Sign ?
Serious question; WHEN does team believe their ‘efforts’ will finally pay of ??
Bc it’s literally been a downward trend for way too long.
I understand they/u’ll say they are working on it. And that’s simply not enough anymore. Most simple excuse ever. Come on. Show us something.
