Good morning. As most of you know, I have been away for around a month after the birth of my daughter. I have not been as active publicly, but work has continued in the background. One decision we have made is to create an optional pathway for eligible token holders to exchange their tokens for stock options representing an equity interest in Revix Technologies, Inc. The options are intended to be exercisable immediately. Once exercised, the shares would be issued and the holder added to the Revix cap table as a shareholder. KYC will be mandatory for anyone who chooses to receive shares. There is no way around that. These are shares in an actual company, so we must know who is receiving them and being added to the cap table. This will be completely optional. Nobody will be required to exchange their tokens for stock options. Anyone who wants to continue holding and using THRT can do so. THRT will continue to exist. Its utility and marketplace will continue regardless of whether someone participates in the equity program. This is simply another option for holders who would rather have a direct equity interest in Revix. Our current target is to start the shares at around $0.75 per share, although the final conversion rate, limits, eligibility requirements, and legal structure still have to be completed. If Revix ever goes public, shareholders would own equity in a public company, although that is obviously a major if. A more realistic scenario would be Revix selling a product, intellectual property, company assets, or the company itself. Shareholders would participate in the value created based on their ownership and the terms of the transaction. Dividends could also be issued if formally declared, but none of those outcomes are guaranteed.
