Sorry for that dumb question but how to add an icon inside an apk

Take your icon, name it "ic_launcher.png" and replace it by the one in res/mipmap/ic_launcher.png (look in AndroidManifest.xml for android:icon="@path/to/ic_launcher"

beacause it can sometimes not be in here)

hii, is there anyone here willing to sanity check my twrp tree? I'm trying to build for a145p/r and for some reason it just bootloops. The tree seems ok to me, idk if they changed anything too dramatic on android 15 but no matter what I do it just refuses to boot https://github.com/earths-playground/recovery_device_samsung_a14m

again tysm if anyone goes through this, I'm trying to revive this device

cloned a private repo of mine, hence the "add files via upload" commit, I'm building with minimal 12.1
