Depends on what Kind of table this is. If it's a QTableWidget then you can get the items in the cells via item = self.item(i, j)
Where self is your table instance and i and j are the rows and columns. You might loop over them all or the specific column and its rows to get all the states ...
And then item.checkState() is QtCore.Qt.Checked...
