Can the Qt Quick template auto-generated by the VS Code extension be fixed? The TOML file clearly doesn't conform to uv's spec — I can't even install PySide6 properly. Am I using it wrong?

The error message says the name doesn't meet the requirements. It looks like it uses the name as a Python package name, thus cannot have spaces in it

But this is a template auto-generated by the extension — I'm curious whether it has been tested before release. As a beginer for QT, it is confusing

You can use your qt account to login into jira though, but no idea, not involved on jira nor the extension development

I'm afk, but i could look at it later. It has an easy workaround so I guess you can continue your project with a simple modification petrichor

(irc) Jupp3: Hi, just upgraded to PySide 6.11.2 on mac (Python 3.14.7) and on few of my own programs that have QListWidget with items that are all checkable.
(irc) Jupp3: And now only first item has checkbox, and none of the others do.
(irc) Jupp3: And with "few programs" I meant "both that use this specific feature" - and in both, it seems to be "every checkable list" (some implemented in different ways)

That sounds like it might be a Qt regression and not PySide related, but I couldn't find an issue.

(irc) Jupp3: Also, I could be doing something wrong, but it just worked before. Also tried shuffling things around a bit, but I only managed to make it worse (no checkboxes at all)
(irc) Jupp3: Hm, created a new venv, and installed 6.11.1 instead - still broken...
(irc) Jupp3: Also another question. Since PySide6_Addons doesn't seem to have anything I would need, I tried installing only PySide6_Essentials (instead of PySide6). Program worked ok, but when I tried to do a build with shiboken6, I got some issues which I didn't get with full PySide6

(irc) Jupp3: That was a while back, and things might have changed since then. Mainly I am wondering if that's something that's "supposed to work"
