I tried with both CLANG_INSTALL_DIR set and unset too in both cases it fails to generate wrappers :/

it seems to be unrelated because it's still being used: C:\Program Files\LLVM\lib\clang\15.0.7\

use of undeclared identifier '__builtin_elementwise_add_sat' I think that's the first order. It might be that the libcland version you are using is not valid? but it's weird. I do use libclang 14, and I know there are many issues still with 16, but 15 should work :/

Does the build fail only on Windows? Have you tried other platforms?
From GH logs I found the shiboken invocation on windows: shiboken: Error running ApiExtractor. Then for env I only add this to PATH : C:\Program Files\LLVM\bin;${{github.workspace}}\Qt\6.4.3\msvc2019_64\bin and set LLVM_INSTALL_DIR to C:\Program Files\LLVM\
the weird thing is that when I search for emmintrin.h:: error: use of undeclared identifier most results point to a wrong architecture or using libstdc++ instead of libc++

to sum-up, with LLVM_INSTALL_DIR set I have errors about missing __builtin_elementwise_xxx from emmintrin.h and without LLVM_INSTALL_DIR set I have this error 'qplugin.h:142:33: error: constexpr variable 'HeaderOffset' must be initialized by a constant expression'
