Qt for Python (PySide/Shiboken)

There are no xml files used to generate the .pyi files. The stubs are created with a script that explores the types at runtime (importing the modules) . If you mean about the pyi entries on the typesystem files, shiboken is in charge of handling that information, when generating the module.
