Qt for Python (PySide/Shiboken)

Hi all, I've recently started learning Qt, I've tried c++ for a while, but lately I've switched to Python. The last time I opened the Qt designer on my computer it looked different, older, but now after a couple of months I opened it and saw the modern interface which also has a different window layout - it's no longer floating windows but a solid main window. I now can't find my main window parameters of windowTitle type, because the very first element in my hierarchy when creating a project is the Rectangle element (In the navigator window) and when selecting it I don't see these parameters.
