Qt for Python (PySide/Shiboken)

I have a working code that creates a window and attaches it to the windows desktop. but if I set Qt.WA_TranslucentBackground when the window is attached to the desktop, it simply does not exist (probably not visible). if you do not use an attachment, the text is displayed calmly without a background ( I don't even know which piece of code to provide?!
