I have no docker images, but just a word related the error you posted:
- Conda do things differently than other package managers, if you don't rely on any conda-specific package, I'd not recommend to use it.
- In a conda environment, if you install pyqt5 and then pyside2, that's all. You will be unable to use PySide2 because of the path configurations, like you see there, for PySide2, is looking inside the shared libraries of PyQt5, which is very wrong.
