When working with TableViews, it's fairly straight forward in working with a 2D table such as a Data Frame or SQL db, but I am having difficult time understanding how to structure the data for a Hierarchical Tree View. I understand the parent child relationship, but when your data is in 2D, do you need to convert it to hierarchical first (like with pandas Multiindex) before I can connect to the data model in Qt or can Qt connect directly to the 2D table and make it available for the View?
