w00t since a few months the in-house server passed to be on atlassian cloud (not our choice though, it's atlassian's push)

Thank you. I did change it yesterday but apparently stuck on the approval. As I've lost track of the change, I thought I've done something wrong. Hopefully, I won't need to fix anything ever again.
