Our limit is 1500$ daily (2000 SGD) under that it is the bank itself limiting

Hey, looking to switch over from SolCard because of the lower fees. But I want to know what happens to funds on canceled or frozen cards (i.e. the payment provider blocks the card). Will I get this money back? Can I withdraw to chain etc? Will I be compensated with a free card if it is an accident. Do you have any examples of this happening in the past?

Hello, we can always get the funds back from frozen or cancelled cards

It happens if you spam failed transactions, provider will cancel your card

One guy had his physical cancelled last week because he spammed 100 failed tx in a week without even a single successful one

we usually replace the card if it is caused by a genuine mistake
