Brief update on my legal case:
My criminal case is ongoing and approaching 900 days since my brutal SWAT team arrest, with eight armed police smashing into my house and putting me in handcuffs.
To put that into perspective, the U.K. July 7 London terrorist bombers received similar treatment. Even in the U.S., only high-profile drug raids are similarly resourced.
Not a usual process for nerdy computer guys who have never been in trouble with the police before and are accused of copying data from a work laptop.
To put it another way, Fred West, Britain’s worst serial killer who gruesomely murdered dozens, was politely “asked” to attend the police station, which he volunteered to do.
That context tells you everything about how they view this.

Judge Rules for Doctor Who Prescribed Ivermectin for COVID-19
The Maine medical board did not show any probable cause before ordering a psychological evaluation for Dr. Meryl Nass, the judge said.

A doctor’s lawsuit against Maine’s medical board can proceed, a federal judge has ruled.
An order from the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine that Dr. Meryl Nass undergo a psychological evaluation for allegedly spreading misinformation about COVID-19 was “based on no evidence or process,” including no probable cause, U.S. District Judge Lance Walker said in an Aug. 20 decision.

Dr. Nass, said in a blogpost: “I am happy to report that I will eagerly move forward with the legal case to clear my name and defend the free speech right of medical practitioners to tell the truth to their patients, especially if it goes against government or medical orthodoxy”

Maine’s medical board in 2022 suspended Nass’s license after receiving a complaint from a person who was not her patient that the doctor was spreading misinformation about COVID-19 because she noted that people who recovered from the illness had protection against re-infection.
Board members also took issue with how Nass prescribed ivermectin to a COVID-19 patient and alledgedly lied to a pharmacist about why she prescribed hydroxychloroquine to another patient. It was for COVID-19, not for Lyme disease." quote from Epoch times.

I am happy to report that I will eagerly move forward with the legal case to clear my name and defend the free speech right of medical practitioners to tell the truth to their patients, especially if it goes against government or medical orthodoxy.
While I paid a high price for doing so, it was the only thing I could have done, and honestly, I have never for a moment regretted it.
Doctors have taken an oath to save lives to the best of their ability. They never took an oath to become agents of government or to be weaponized against their own patients.
That must never happen again, and since I find myself in this position and my case may be influential, I am happy to do my part to make sure it ends NOW.

Doctors like this need support not license suspension and removal from doing their job caring for patients.

Look at the change in rates of sudden-onset autism around the time flu vaccines started being given to pregant women, around 2005 I think? There was a shift from regessive autism where normal, verbal children suddenly lost all their milestone, to children who never learned to speak and never hit their milestones.

I know 100% What I witness in my granddaughter not realizing all the things happening to her were after injections the last was 6 mos at 8 mos Right away she started being agitated baby then a huge growth behind ear after within I’d say a month she had high high temps days and days and went dark list all she was doing normal for 6 mos almost walking 9 mos when this happened Dr told daughter a bacteria she picked my home daughters immaculate sanitized door handle daily … my daughter is a paranoid because of Covid germs if any kind so??? What was it really .. It was from vaccines! She Spectrum 3 non verbal I’m very Angry grandmother and Mother and Someone took all 3 of our lives for money! Someone needs pay! World wide!
