The Bitcoin that was confiscated was home mined and is unrelated to the silk road job that he had. https://x.com/i/status/2072799877395083365 Also two FBI agents tried to frame him for transferring the Bitcoin after they interrogated him. They went to prison because they tried to steal the bitcoin.
