Dear Triall community,
Today, we regretfully must inform you that Triall will be closing its business operations.
Over the past weeks, we have continued and initiated new conversations with venture capital firms and angel investors, with the help of our partners, advisors, and community members. In parallel, we have talked with multiple parties to negotiate a merger or acquisition. Unfortunately, none of these options have provided a viable path forward. Similarly, the community-proposed DAO structure, while much appreciated, does not provide sufficient financial, legal, and operational grounds for continuation.
We have explored, pursued, and exhausted all remaining options for ensuring continuation of Triall and utility token TRL. It has now become clear that the funding needed to sustain the company cannot be obtained in a timely manner, leaving us with no other choice than to close down our business and its operations.
We will use the coming period to gradually wind down various facets of the Triall business and token infrastructure, as is clarified in more detail in the following messages below.
This outcome undoubtedly comes as a big disappointment to all contributors and believers in Triall, including our core team, which has dedicated the past six years to building out the Triall mission and vision. We once more like to thank you for your contributions and hope for your understanding.

All Triall entities, both in The Netherlands and Estonia, will be closed according to local law and regulations. This process will take several months. The current team members will be available for limited time to facilitate this process and will then formally leave the company.
What will happen to the Telegram Channels?
We will leave the Telegram chat open for the next two weeks to address questions or comments from the community. After that period, per March 6, the Telegram chat will be muted and key announcements will be pinned for future reference. Please note that from this moment you will no longer be able to communicate with us via the main telegram group. Afterwards, anyone may send their questions or comments to our company e-mail: [email protected]
What will happen to the website and social media channels?
Similarly, the Triall website and Triall social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Medium, and YouTube, will be gradually closed over the coming weeks.
What will happen to the TRL token and liquidity?
The TRL token will remain tradeable on centralized and decentralized exchanges for limited time. It is anticipated that trading opportunities will gradually decrease. It is likely that the TRL token will lose (all, or part of) its value. Specifically:
- The liquidity on Uniswap and PancakeSwap will remain untouched, until the company is formally liquidated according to local regulations. It is therefore estimated that the liquidity will remain in the contracts for 6 more months.
- The TRL token will be delisted from both MEXC and LBank over time.
- The TRL token itself will continue to exist (is not actively burned), as per the nature of blockchain technology, but there will be no company or other entities (including the current Triall company) reasonably using or servicing the token.

In light of Triall’s company closing, $TRL will be de-listed from MEXC on March 2, 2024.
Please note:
- Once tokens are delisted, MEXC no longer supports their deposits and trading services. However, withdrawal services will remain available for 30 days after delisting. Please withdraw your assets in time to avoid any asset losses.
- The deposit service will be closed once the token is delisted. If you still deposit tokens to MEXC after the delisting, the platform will return your assets to the original sending address. This operation will cause some on-chain fees.
