Importantly leftist Judges and prosecutors will say "unequal outcomes means the system is racist"
So they'll use that to justify tweaking the outcomes so that every races conviction rate is closer to equal.
A dramatic example of this is with Dominique Billips of Philadelphia in July of 2024 where she shot a 7 month old baby in the leg while trying to murder the babies parents.
As a consequence of her being black, she got less then 2 years in prison, being freed by a Judge who was brought on by the liberal mayor.
And this is happening on a grand-scale, daily. It's not reported on because the media is extremely intent on destroying racism by simply under-reporting certain stories to create a narrative of victimhood which helps motivate the entire black community to believe they are under constant victimization and attacks by whites and institutions.
That's why many right wing outlets, like the California Post and New York Post, will report news that looks different from everything else: Because if they didn't report the stories that reflection reality, no one would.
Anti-racism is the goal even with cops who will fail to release essential information about a suspects race in order to stop racist thoughts from being created.
