Fun times. Last year I turned 4 pigs into carcass halves and hung them on the porch eves to chill overnight (right around freezing). Fed ex showed up late and the city driver nearly passed out at the sight.
Apparently, people are more comfortable with bacon coming from a playdough squeeze tube than an animal carcass. 🤷🏼♂️
