Hi, I had the same issue. After submitting the correct transfer form, I received the funds in my account after about 45 days. However, in my case, the bank rejected the initial transfer, and now I am waiting for a response from Celsius to understand how to proceed further.

I had no mistake in filling up the form, no idea why they couldn’t process the transfer. then I provided a new USD bank account and I am waiting already for 6 months. No one is responding. I am worried about the last day of distribution which is 14 January I guess?

Did you guys open a ticket once you filled the form after a first failed bank wire? In the email says to fill the form and then open a ticket. I did that and got the wire. Also, the second time I used revolut and apart the high fees, everything went through ok, including the second wire. Just make sure to put down the correct intermediary bank for usd transfers, you can find them on Revolut faq (make sure to be on the page of your country as each country had different intermediaries).
