And nothing changed on my account regarding KYC, still nothing changed. So they were just bullshitting us, likely didn't have all the required BTC on hand. Why would they otherwise lie to us about our KYC, and ignore us for months. 🤷‍♂️

Coinbase periodically requires KYC details to be re-confirmed even if nothing has changed on your end. The idea the Plan Administrator would lie about how much BTC he has on hand is wild. If he were caught doing that he’d be out of a job and facing serious sanctions.

Yea, but i didn"t redo any KYC with coinbase, as everything was in order, so clearly it was bullshit. So their first refusal to payout when BTC prices still above $100k, and the ignoring us for 3 months is a fact, and pretty wild too. Delay us the chance to sell $30k higher. Whatever the bullshit reason may be, it stinks wildly.

It's bullshit yes. But that's the way they do it unfortunately. I hate CB but have no choice so why stress about it? They aren't trying to keep your btc or make money on a timing difference. You will drive yourself crazy if you keep thinking about it.

For what it’s worth, I finally received the 3rd dist to CB Hong Kong, after failed attempts. 1st / 2nd no problem. Was a painful exercise of pushing both Coinbase and Celsius. Each side pointing at the other, and very poor customer service. Success, after submitting a final ticket to Celsius, citing a Coinbase case #.

Yep got the mail as well, finally, now waiting for mail from Hyper wallet.
