not receiving code for Kyc, problems with the claims portal it seems..

There seems to be an issue with their data base. The email I have used for the last 3 distributions isn't working. I raised a ticket and the response I got was that my email was not connected to a creditor even though it's the email I've used through the whole processes

I received the code - perhaps it was congested at the time ?

When you entered the portal, did it ask for email AND date of birth or just email?

Anyone else not receiving their code E-mail?

Yeah i thought there was problem with my email but i received the code almost an hour later.

just to login to the celsius claims portal, sends a temporary code to your registered email address before it let's you log in. shouldn't be necessary of nothing's changed as you say, but who knows with all the mistakes that have been made along the way, I logged in just to verify all is in order, and it was it also jogged my memory to remember I'm using a different crypto wallet these days, so logged into coinbase to remove the old and add the new to the allowlist so there's no delay in withdrawing when the distribution lands in my coinbase account

Since I did not receive anything about a 2nd and 3rd distribution I wanted to log in to check. Nothing changed but they clearly messed it up somehow. First one had no issues.

Maybe you are convenience class?

I haven't kept up with this, but also never agreed to anything so.. not sure how the convenience class payback is sorted. Still.. should just get the code through email.

If your claim was under $5k you would have had a convenience claim and received a one and only distribution of 70%. No other distribution would be coming. I am thinking this could be your case.

Not the case. Created another support ticket. Their automatic mails about support tickets arrive without issue. 😑

Guys, I was in a group before where Arthur use to give great tips about the Celsius bankruptcy. I changed phone and was logged and I can’t find it anymore. Someone to help? Thanks

Any problem with the claims portal? I've not received a code for any of the 3 email addresses I've been trying to use to access the portal. Sent in support tickets a while ago with no reply .

PSA for Apple “Hide My Email” users with portal or email issues If you signed up to Celsius using Apple Hide My Email, this is likely why you’re having issues with the Claims Portal or missing recent emails. We all had to add a secondary email address for the distribution. Key points: If nothing has changed with your distribution setup or your secondary email, you will still receive your distribution. Distributions are sent using your secondary email linked to the distribution partner. The Claims Portal and general communications use your primary email, which for many Apple relay users is still the old Apple private relay address. So: Missing the info email or portal access does not mean you’ll miss the distribution. Updating your primary email is only needed for portal access and future general communications, not for the current distribution (assuming your secondary email is unchanged). If you want portal access and future comms to work properly, you’ll need to open a support ticket and update your primary email. This requires verification. Posting this as I’ve seen a few others with the same issue.

Yeah that's not true. Nothing changed on my end, no apple email. Received 1st distribution, no second, no 3rd, now i get mail about 4th and I can't log into the portal so they'll fuck it up somehow again. Beginning to think they have 2 people and a monkey working there and the monkey is doing all the work.
