Do you guys know how to give an "active" permission to another user?

I have user1, user2 account

I want give user1's "active" permission to user2

So user1 can transfer token of user2 to someone else

I'm reading "Account" section of developers.iost.io but not clear

Which method should I use?

Calling "auth.iost" "assignPermission" throws an error 'require auth failed

Seems weird, I callled "assignPermission" function with owner key :O And the owner key and active key is same in my case.

I haven’t messed around with permissions much!

Might want to have a look at the multisig transaction example?

They do some weird permission stuff in there.
