Hey, Caspar here, main dev. We have an issue with the new IDE that we included in Toolkit (it reloads immediately after deploying a contract, overwriting the txhash), so I rolled it back to the "old" one for now. Pls use https://iost.toolkit.blockdevs.asia/contract/hello for now.
And as to "what we're checking" : this is part of the source code for the level check:
