Hi Everyone - How long is the employer taking to file I-140 after the PERM is approved ?

Mine took a month

Very slow processing today as well

Hello all, how much is the current time to get i-140 approved after perm in normal processing and not premium?

760 processed per permtrack so not bad

Yeah I think so too. Also immilane says total october filers were around 500 while others showed 1200-1400

Why do 200–300 cases from previous months still remain unresolved? What are these cases?

Hello everyone, i have received the perm denial copy Reason for denial: Section G.10 on the ETA-9089 was marked "Yes" (indicating a credentials evaluation service was used to qualify the foreign worker's education/experience), but Appendix C — which is supposed to explain what specific education/experience combination the evaluation service accepted — was left blank. Attorney said that they have filled the section C but DOL did not agree with the specific language written on the ETA 9089 form and they will go for an appeal
