Paul LarsenYou can't stop other bots from triggering I'm afraid
nah, that was just to show what happened last time - that bot is now removed. All it was made to do was to respond to the command with pre-made messages, which if I manage to control, I'll use rose's note feature instead
FreSchthen only admins can trigger commands and manage the bot
Well, only admins can manage the bot anyway; normal users can't change settings of course

fwiw, from the metrics I've got, it looks like telegram fixed things on their end

Looking forward to a possible ephemeral welcome message feature in Rose for group welcomes or certain admin commands
ⓗⓉⒼ ™Looking forward to a possible ephemeral welcome message feature in Rose for group welcomes or certain admin commands
Like I said in the message, ephemeral welcomes don't necessarily make sense with captchas
JHow can I resolve this
failed to welcome new chat member: failed to send welcome message to -1003977677354: unable to sendVideo: Bad Request: message caption is too long
Rose welcome message sometimes sends sometimes doesn’t, it’s weird
You're probably using fillings, and the user's names are making it too long

Ah so I just need to delete a line will fix this problem right?
Because sometimes it sends sometimes it doesn’t
Probably some usernames too long, some are short enough to display
Hello.
I found what seems to be an issue with the addblocklist module.
Steps to reproduce:
1. A user has a manually configured Telegram permission that disallows sending media.
2. The addblocklist module automatically applies tmute 20m.
3. After the mute expires, the user can send text messages again, but the previously configured media restriction is removed as well.
I expected tmute to restore only the permissions it changed itself and not overwrite pre-existing Telegram chat permissions.
Is this expected behavior or a bug?

That's how telegram works

A temporary restriction does not revert to previous permissions at expiry, it just removes the restrictions after X time
This is entirely up to telegrams implementation
🍆Does rose has a black list of words which it then bans or mute users if they mentioned these words?
