if there's some code in the final product that searches for something to decide device is save or not, you are f**** without bigger log tracing actions or reverse engineering the app...

So, with Bhim, once it detects root, it creates an encrypted file which permanently tells the app that this device is rooted. Then, this file is read every time you launch the app. This file remains even after you completely remove the Bhim app.

that one attempts to open framework and services .jar for reading, highly likely to check for whatever mods...
if it's denied access - it will cry device is rooted, if it can read, it will cry device modded....
