Quickly giving you a temp answer on your questions: - I know freelancers that are using Python/QML in production, so I would say it's but it's not 100% of what QML provides. - Agreed, this is tricky due to the way we expose properties on QML land. The main issue is that for example: QStringList doesn't exist in Python, but when declaring a Slot on a Python class that will become a QML property, one needs to use @Slot("QStringList") for QML to understand. I will write this down, to have a specific tutorial page on Signal, Slots and Propeties. - Packaging/Deployment: Time ago we faced the problem that this was requested, and we had two options, or write something from scratch, or adopt something that existed. We choosed the second one, and wanted to wait for a trend in our users regarding the tools. So far we haven't had much feedback on this, that's why we think the tutorials are enough, but yes, we don't have QML there, so maybe we can add new sections.
