Qt for Python (PySide/Shiboken)

I remember back then there were a few major issues on how 'conda' has handling environments, and we noticed after some time that the undelying issue was that other software depending on pyqt, was triggering pyqt to be installed, so the qt.conf file was placed within the conda configuration but "like globally" in that scope, so when pyside6 was installed, it was picking up that 🤓 at least with some time the issue was solved, that's why I was a bit afraid with uv handling some process differently. I'm happy that it works
