In general, it is called a 'lensbomg' macro lens. It means a macro lens that is assembled from a dismantled lens. The preferred lens choices are prosumer lenses, handycam lenses, or video shooting lenses. The lens is only taken as the main lens (the frontmost lens group or called the objective lens). The way we select it is by peeking directly at the lens with our eyes to determine which one suits what we want. Our eyes or a cellphone camera, through the objective lens, will get a closer focus distance, get sufficient magnification.... this is basically like a magnifying glass for reading.... only we are looking for good quality

Looks interesting, I haven't tested anything from their brand, but it's cost normal price, not cheap like Apexel/other 90% lens

Maybe it's good, but so far the dismantled lenses have given much better results. Maybe because the quality of the glass and coating is different from the achromatic lenses that are commonly available as objectives for various applications from macro to telephoto.

The superior one, usually, is the front group of the video lens. This is an example of an old Sony Beta Movie video lens.

maybe i don't need to make a special video and you can already see the general sketches. first we need a front lens piece with a low focal length (30-80mm) the lower the lens fl the closer the shooting distance and the narrower the fov. to get a shallow dog, we need a wide lens diameter. because this is obtained by moving the lens away from the cellphone camera. the further the distance between the cellphone camera and this additional lens the dof will be shallower. a lens with a small diameter will become high vignetting if it is too far from the cellphone camera eye
as a reference, with a 30mm diameter lens, we can adjust the distance between the camera eye and the lens at 3-5cm, not too far, (because the image will be inverted and the vignette will appear too high). the rest we can try any lens available. we can also rearrange some pieces, add a concave lens near the cellphone camera eye as an extension of the lens's focus distance (for example, we can move the focus from 5cm to 10cm, and still get the appropriate focal lenght)
