All linked. Sleep paralysis is just being aware of it when it is happening. Your minds wakes up before the body. What you see though can be a result of many things. This has happened to me during the abstention years and it also happened sometimes that I could feel a presence in the bed and in the house. More elaboration needed there but you get the point.

Rings quite a strong bell, post plandemic I could only think of finding land and building a refuge. I fell in love with the idea of Building and Earth ship ( Do you know about he them @Cav_73 ?) very similar domes, though made of like a skeleton of rebar and metal mesh and plastered with cement in layers. Luckily I did find some land, with a house already built, so I did not have to.deal with building, just maintenance. Though I do not live there I go every other week to work on the land, harvest and keep it from being overrun by nature. I plan on living there after a few more years of work, but whenever I have time and I hear the calling from the wild I get on my motorcycle and in two hours I am there away from it all!

Hahaha I used to make *a quip “Smooth move ex-lax” When someone did something silly. Befitting for me that day!

Hi David, So many similarities! I too homeschooled the children and enjoyed fully those years of caring for them, cooking, growing our food and tending the goats, chickens, ducks, rabbits and even pigeons. Things are very different now and I live in Goa and travel up the hills, every alternate week, a 3 hour drive, where the land is , planting, weeding, mulching, watering. as I am writing, I'm realizing that those are all Planetary principles being worked upon the land.....
