How would I implement the subscribe api in react/express?

I've got a few bots that poll 24/7, you get a lot of timeouts when there's no data.

Yeah it timesout on it's own once it recieves data.

so you hit it, wait for data, if you get nothing back it will 504 and you make the request again.

if you do get data back it will return, and you make the request again.

and just continue like that!
