user call function and dont pay igas for it
can i do it in contract? is there any parameter for this?

there is way to pay ram but what about gas
we have "auth.iost" - >addPermission", "revokePermission;, "deletePermission" in smart contracts ..I there anything that will give me list of users having permissions of smart contract
