Hi everyone, is anyone here still waiting on a PERM filed around May 2024?
My PERM was filed in May 2024, received an audit, and we responded to the audit in Jan 2026. It’s still pending and seems to be well beyond the expected processing timeline.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything I or my attorney can try to expedite or follow up on the case at this point?
Any suggestions or recent experiences would be really helpful. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I’m looking for guidance regarding my PERM and an employer entity change.
I’m currently with DISH Wireless LLC, and my employment is being moved to DISH Network LLC due to an internal company/entity change. My PERM is already in the final stage, and I’m expecting certification this year.
Can my existing PERM continue after this entity change, or would the company need to start a completely new PERM under DISH Network LLC, including PWD, recruitment, and filing again?
Has anyone gone through a similar entity change, merger, restructuring, or successor-in-interest situation while PERM was pending? Please share your experience. Thank you!
