One two punch of Boomers and replacements. Boomers, hyper individualist as they are, sold out the small communities. Had 1 - 2 children, forced them to cities for college debt and wrote them off. So Boomer Mc401kington never passed the family home down or made any plans to hand any of it to their children. (Have seen the average age of the rural communities. Old. Kids all live in a city somewhere and contact is sporadic at best.) So eventually these people either A. die and their children just do the estate sale dance because they are "city people" now, or B. see their house prices go up and sells/rents to groups that will house nons so that they can travel around in their motorhome asking what happened to their country. Plenty of White country areas still left, but they are full of old people that will usher in these exact situations.

Now the effort post: Creation of these enclaves, which is a tactical move, is heavily hamstrung by the fact that (some? many?) like minded people aren't actively searching anything out in the first place and instead waiting for announcement of their existence, which is what may defeat their existence in the end. Fact of the matter is that, depending on the country of course, existing framework and demographics for these places still exist but require community involvement and, yes, counter subversion to continue untouched. They have targets as well, but much smaller ones that are still reliant on weak links instead of reliant on the system granting permission to even exist. "Move to the country", full stop, isn't an answer because there is no element of defense involved. It is simply running and hiding, cutting out a piece of pie and walking to your lone bench to eat it instead of taking a seat at the table and attempting to make sure the pie isn't stolen and the table itself isn't flipped. "Move to an untouched or heavily White area and dedicate yourself to keeping the existing community White in any way you can" is an option still for some areas. Hard, but moving to a pre-made / pre-planned White enclave will require just as much community effort and struggle if it somehow was permitted to exist.
