I think I'd create another signal that you use as a proxy for the accepted signal, and handle that instead. Then you can control when the dialog closes.

Can you add a custom button that you label "Save"? (Trying to recall all that you can do with a QML Dialog without consulting docs. It's been a while since I worked with QML. I think you can do that.

Can't you just add it to ButtonBox? That doesn't seem like it would affect layout.

I am loving qt. Concise, beautiful. But whats the real advantages of using a desktop instead a browser? Has specific cases of browser limitations? Apreciate links of materials to read.
