Oh, his isn't a criticism - well, maybe a little constructive criticism for your "can I ask questions" - but more advice on how to get folks to help you on OSS forums and chats.
Keith KyzivatPinePhone has Python packages, and you can use PySide there, but I hadn't heard any successes building and deploying packaged python apps aside from some specialized ones like a python interpreter environment itself for android users to write python on their phones.
I don't have pinephone , point is that if it is impossible to build into apk then why qt team is not working on it to make possible

without knowing which version, I don't know the content of the line, if it's command=[self.exe, "-m", "pip", "install", "--force", package] I'd say it's for re-install the package. If you believe it should not be there, you can submit a little patch :)

Indeed, that's the line. The argument came here hardly by mistake. So, I suppose, it's there for a reason. I just wonder what the reason is. Maybe, that's to get exactly nuitka==1.8.0, not another version. If so, the patch would be something like from importlib.metadata import version; if version('nuitka') != "1.8": ...

Anton YablokovSecondly, why does pyside6-deploy set qml_files and excluded_qml_plugins unless some are specified? Do I need any QML files at all if I use QtWidgets only? I'd expect to have qml_files empty then, but the tool disallows that.
Really? qml_files should be empty for a Qt widget project and it is as far as I checked. I am pretty sure that the qml_files field is not used for a widget project.

As for the topic on the Android deployment, there is not a single word about it at https://doc.qt.io/qtforpython-6/deployment/deployment-pyside6-deploy.html. There is little surprise that the one running pyside6-android-deploy misses wheel-pyside and wheel-shiboken, both of them are nowhere to be found.

Currently you have to cross compile the PySide6 Android wheels yourself for the platform you are targeting. You can find the instructions here, although it is slightly outdated. We are working on releasing official Android wheels and it should be available pretty soon. Once that is ready, we will add proper documentation on how to use the tool.
