shiboken6 generates <module>_python.h(pyquotient_python.h) that includes itself in part 'Module includes':
// Module Includes
#include <pyside6_qtcore_python.h>
#include <pyside6_qtnetwork_python.h>
#include <pyquotient_python.h>
What could be the reason of such behavior? Incorrect typesystem load or something like that?

No, there is no such module.
It seems so that I found the reason. I have following structure of typesystem files:
- jobs/
— typestem_job1.xml
— typesystem_job2.xml
- typesystem_index.xml
Both jobs are loaded in typesystem_index.xml with generate="yes". And if I load typesystem_job2.xml in typesystem_job1.xml with generate="no", I get that error.
Both jobs typesystem definitions have the same structure:
<typesystem package="PyQuotient">
<load-typesystem name="typesystem_core.xml" generate="no" />
<namespace-type name="Quotient">
<value-type name="IdentityServerInformation" />
</namespace-type>
</typesystem>
Difference is only in name of class.
In typesystem_index.xml I just load both jobs for generation:
<typesystem package="PyQuotient">
<load-typesystem name="jobs/job1.xml" />
<load-typesystem name="jobs/job2.xml" />
</typesystem>
Is it a bug or should I somehow restructure definitions?

Here is a sample qthread implementation I wrote for you.
- Created a class extending QThread from Pyside
- Override run method
- Did a http get call with requests from run method
- Created a signal which will be emitted from run when request operation is complete
- Connected to the custom signal to print the data
