I tried electron,flutter,wpf,etc...
Finally I realized that Qt/QML is a gift for humans :D
same as with "how do I make my code faster" really: There's no "one-size-fits-all" answer, you'll need to measure (i.e. find what the biggest files in your bundle are, in this case), and then find out if you can e.g. avoid using those modules, or if there is something PyInstaller outputs which isn't actually needed (it shouldn't be)
Freyaor I suppose you could rebuild your Qt to make it more lightweight, but that seems hardly worth it

In my case I was able to reduce the size a bit by manually excluding PySide6.QtQml and PySide6.QtQuick (since I was working only with QtWidgets)

Cristián 🥑and as I said, check your virtual environment. There you will find all the binaries (.so, .dynlib, .dll) for both pyside and Qt, so you get an estimate
If you install PySide6, aren't you always going to have the WebEngine libs installed, even if you don't import WebEngine? Or is there a way to just import PySide6_Essentials?

It seems like PyInstaller needs to be smarter there, at least I expect it to do that. Nuitka does it :)
